How does the first contact work?
Discovery call, in-studio meeting, email or online form. From the first exchange we identify source material, deadlines and expected output to build a targeted quote.
Do you work per project or per hour?
It depends on the client. We can price the final deliverable or the actual hours worked, whichever fits better.
Can you work with our studio graphic standards?
Yes. Layers, title blocks, naming, scales, pen weights, dimensioning and drawing structure can follow the client's method.
How many revisions are included?
The standard flow includes two rounds. Post-delivery changes, new requests or rushes are quoted separately.
How do you handle confidentiality and client files?
Dedicated private folders, no publication without consent and availability to sign NDAs when required by the client or partner studios.
Can you show real work?
Many projects are under NDA. On request we prepare a curated selection in line with your sector, respecting agreements with partner studios.
Have a technical delivery to structure?
Reach out by email with available files, an approximate number of deliverables, deadline and required standards. We reply with an operational assessment.
