Website content, including texts, project drawings, images and illustrations, belongs to Layering or its rightful owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Portfolio images are published for demonstration purposes; confidential projects are shared on request only and under confidentiality agreements.

Services are delivered on the basis of a written quote defining scope, deliverables, formats, timing, number of included revisions and fee. The accepted quote constitutes the agreement between the parties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, usage rights on delivered drawings transfer to the client upon full payment.

Templates are digital products supplied under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the purchasing studio's projects. Resale or redistribution of the files is not permitted.

Under Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium lapses once the download begins with the buyer's express consent. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

Drawings are produced on the basis of the material and instructions supplied by the client. Regulatory compliance checks, site supervision and professional sign-off remain the client's responsibility.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with business clients, the court of the owner's registered office has jurisdiction.
